- Did you look into the financial costs affecting why rates are so expensive?
- What are the numbers behind this problem (i.e. how many parking passes were purchased vs. how many students don't have a parking pass?)
- Does River Falls have any services as a city for transportation?
- I think it would be helpful to have exact costs for taxi services to let people know the money they could possibly be saving.
- Why do studnets under 21 need parental consent for use of the We-Car?
- How could the services provided now be better advertised?
- What if there are 2 or more concerts at the same time?
- What if only 1 student wants to go? How do we advertise for individual events?
- How much does it cost to have a taxi pick you up and take you to the cities?
- Are you looking for set times for transportation or just when people are looking to go? They could possibly do monthly or bi-weekly trips.

Absent: Yakou
- We started the meeting by talking about due dates for the project and figured out the expectations of the powerpoint etc...
- We talked about ideas we had about that stops we would like to see on the route, how often the bus would run etc...
- To clearly and thoroughly explain the problem: University students without transportation can't benefit from the short distance from here to the cities
- Establish parameters or specific aspects that we are focusing on: This problem is already focused
- Where issue falls into bigger scheme of things: The admissions office uses the proximity to the cities as a selling point of the school, but many students can't get there.
- Provide any background information: Freshmen are told by many that they don't need a car on campus.

First Meeting Minutes
Hi ladies!
Here are the minutes!
In attendance: Libby Marchetti, Yakou Moua, Alisen Kammerud, Kelsey Miller
Friday 9/28/12- 10:40-10:50
Friday 9/28/12- 10:40-10:50
During our first meeting we introduced ourselves and talked about our expectations, group skills, and how we would like our group to function.
Alisen started the conversation out by saying she was a good listener, she is very focused and likes to get things done on time, if not early. She wants to make sure that everyone does there part and last minute work won't exist.
Libby has a different outlook on group work. She is the fun member who likes to keep things light. She gets things done at her own pace, which may be a little later than other people, but it won't hinder the group. She is a laid back worker.
Yakou is a master organizer. She likes to give attention to detail and to get things done right away.
Kelsey is more focused on maintenance of the group. She wants people to get along and work at their own pace. She always gets her work done on time, and enjoy working with others.
Some rules we should like to put in place are:
If a member is unable to make a meeting, make sure to tell us at least a day in advance so we can reschedule. If that is not possible group text each member so everyone knows you won't be attending.
If you don't think you can make a deadline, ask for help. Tell everyone before the meeting that you need help finishing your portion so we can get it done instead of setting us back during the meeting.
If you don't understand your material make sure to ask before you we go our separate ways. If you do an assignment wrong, it will just set us back.
Then we talked about when we were going to meet. We found that MFW from 12pm-1pm is free and we can plan weekly meetings around that time.
We decided that we weren't going to assign a leader and just see if one emerges from the group, if not we are a functional enough group already that we could work without a leader. Kelsey will be the recorder.
Next meeting: Wednesday Oct. 3rd, Noon-1pm
