Present: Kelsey, Libby, Alisen
Absent: Yakou
- We started the meeting by talking about due dates for the project and figured out the expectations of the powerpoint etc...
- We talked about ideas we had about that stops we would like to see on the route, how often the bus would run etc...
- To clearly and thoroughly explain the problem: University students without transportation can't benefit from the short distance from here to the cities
- Establish parameters or specific aspects that we are focusing on: This problem is already focused
- Where issue falls into bigger scheme of things: The admissions office uses the proximity to the cities as a selling point of the school, but many students can't get there.
- Provide any background information: Freshmen are told by many that they don't need a car on campus.
- Details on who is affected by the Problem: Students who don't have cars
Looks as though you are well on your way with the project; however, the meeting minutes should now be reflecting specific delegation of tasks (who is doing what) as you begin researching the problem in depth. When will the information be due, and when will you start putting together the presentation?
